Mazzeto Wood Flooring Ltd provides wood flooring installation, repair, and related services. All details regarding the scope of work, timeline, and pricing will be provided in a separate written quote or contract for each specific project.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• A deposit may be required before work commences.
• Changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges.

3. Customer Obligations

To ensure smooth execution of our services, you agree to:

• Provide clear access to the work area.
• Ensure the workspace is clear of furniture and personal items unless agreed otherwise.
• Provide access to electricity and water as needed for the installation.
• Ensure the site conditions (e.g., humidity, temperature) are suitable for wood flooring acclimation and installation.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand by the quality of our work. Mazzeto Wood Flooring Ltd provides a guarantee on workmanship for a period of one (1) year following the completion of the project. This does not cover material defects, which are strictly subject to the manufacturer's warranty, nor does it cover damage caused by improper maintenance, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mazzeto Wood Flooring Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
